Frequently Asked Questions

What are your hours?

Our hours are Mon-Fri 3pm-10pm EST. We do not work on weekends or any major holidays unless stated otherwise.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel any orders but this is at your own discretion being that you will not receive a refund unless stated by Jayde Deonna Designs. If partial work has already been rendered/received by the client and they choose to cancel, they are not subject to a refund on the partial project. Ownership of all artwork, layouts, and development will remain the property of Jayde Deonna Designs and the partial work that's been completed will not be sent to the client for their ownership.

What files will I be sent?

After a final design is approved, your logo will be sent to you as a digital file in the following formats: PNG, JPEG, SVG and PDF. Other files such as EPS will be sent upon request. PSD files can also be sent for an additional fee.

What about ownership?

Once the invoice is paid in full, the client has the right to utilize the design in all media subsidiaries for business promotion while Jayde Deonna Designs reserves the right to exhibit the design for business promotional use. In addition, Jayde Deonna Designs owns the design concepts produced before the finished product. The client gives Jayde Deonna Designs permission to utilize the clients full denomination, business address and/or website address, for testimonial purposes on their website, or other business content. The client understands that it is their responsibility to copyright or trademark their logo. 

When can I expect my order to be done?

Turnaround time starts when all requested elements are submitted by the client, not when the purchase is initially made. Check each product for specific turnaround time information. Rushes are available for purchase and bring your turnaround time down (check individual products for that specific information). Note that revisions extend the turnaround time. 

Being on time is an essential of what we do but during peak/busy times, there may be an extension in the design timeframe of 1-3 business days. Weekends and Holidays are not included in the time frame of any project. Turnaround times can also be extended if there is an illness, natural disaster, family emergency, etc. Customers will be notified at that time if there is a delay.

What do you need from me?

The client has 7 business days to send the required elements for the project/service requested. All information should be sent directly to jdr@jaydedeonna.com either through a form provided by us or in one big email or word document, note that if multiple emails are sent it will be requested that the client compiles them into one and the project will not begin until this is completed. If all the elements for a project aren't provided within the allotted time frame following the initial date of signing the contract there are two options:

  • The contract will be terminated with no obligation of refund on services rendered. 

  • The client can obtain all necessary elements and submit them past the 7 business day due date with a $35 restart fee. The projects turnaround time starts at this point.
