Please allow 3-4 weeks for your first drafts to be sent out and 4-5 weeks (business days only) for your website to be completed.
Purchase (retainer or full payment)

Email sent with a list of all information needed (this list is also featured in the ‘whats needed’ info section). You must submit all information requested within 72 hours of your purchase so please be ready upon purchasing! This locks in your spot in my design queue and ensures your turnaround time will be met with no issues.

The design process begins

You will be notified once a general template for your website is completed and you’re able to review your design, provide feedback and request revisions. Your products, pages and content will be added next which can take (TURNAROUND TIME) depending on the complexity of your project.

Once your design is finished and the content has been added you’ll do a final review of your site and upon approval an invoice for your remaining retainer balance will be sent (if you haven’t paid in full). This invoice must be paid within 72 hrs. After final payment is confirmed your site will go live! *Please note that connecting your domain may take up to 48-72 hours*
